The _fbp cookie 90 days, or until you decline via Cookies at the bottom of the page

Contract means: needed to make your account and the site work. Legitimate interest means: needed to protect the site, you and other collectors against abuse and fraud. Consent means: only if you say yes, and you can always withdraw it via Cookies at the bottom of the page.

What we do not do: no analytics, no social media login, and no cookies from Meta without your consent.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. A few services are needed to run the site; with the services that process data on our behalf, we have a data processing agreement.

Service What Where
Laravel Cloud (hosting and database), with the Cloudflare network in front of it All data of the site; all traffic goes through their network Servers in Frankfurt (EU)
Resend Sending emails: confirmations, passwords, notifications and contact Sent from the EU
PDOK (Kadaster) Looking up street and town for your postcode and house number, and the middle of your postcode (in the Netherlands only, without your name) The Netherlands
GeoNames A list of the middles of Belgian postcodes, which we fetch once; nothing of yours goes there. The data is from GeoNames (geonames.org), under the CC BY 4.0 licence In our own database
Stripe Payments, the verification of sellers (name, address, date of birth, ID, IBAN and if needed your tax number) and payouts. Stripe also processes this as an independent party, under its own privacy statement EU (Ireland), with processing in the US
Sendcloud Shipping labels: the name and address of sender and recipient, or the chosen parcel point, the weight and the parcel number EU (the Netherlands)
Anthropic A smaller copy (512 pixels) of each photo you send in a message or add to a listing, to check for nudity, sex or violence and whether it shows something of the card game. And a smaller copy (1,024 pixels) of each card you scan, to read which card it is. Without your name or username. Anthropic does not use the copy to train its models and deletes it within 30 days US
PostNL and DPD Delivering the parcel: name and address of the recipient or the parcel point, via the label. We do not pass on your email address or phone number The Netherlands and Belgium
TCGdex Card images and set logos load directly from their server; your browser sends your IP address to TCGdex Their own server; we have no say in it
Bunny Fonts Only in emails: some email programs load the fonts from there Their own server; we have no say in it
Meta Platforms Ireland (Facebook and Instagram) Only if you accept cookies from Meta: via the Meta Pixel which pages you visit, your IP address and your browser, to measure which ads work. Meta is responsible for this together with us (joint controller), under Meta's terms (Business Tools Terms), and also uses the data for its own ads EU (Ireland), with processing in the US

Laravel, Cloudflare, Resend, Stripe, Anthropic and Meta are companies from the United States. If data leaves the EU because of that, it only does so with the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

If the law requires us to hand over data, for example to the police in case of fraud, we only do so as far as required.
