Selling

List your duplicates for sale or trade and get paid through the payment provider.

Listing cards

Anything you want to part with, you list for sale, for trade or both. Your listings are separate from your collection.

  1. 01

    Choose the card

Search for the card by name or set code, start from your collection with Offer, or put a card up for trade in the binder with one tap.

  2. 02

    Describe your copy

Choose the condition (NM to PO), or for a graded card the grading company and the grade, and for sealed whether it is still sealed. Choose the language and the quantity, and whether it can be shipped, picked up or both.

  3. 03

    Add photos

Up to 6 photos of your own, from your computer or with your phone through the QR code. For sealed, graded and cards with a trend price from € 50, at least one is required. Put a note with your username and today’s date next to the card, and your listing gets the label "Photo with timestamp". Every photo is checked: it must show a card or product. For a card you can also measure the centering.

  4. 04

For sale, for trade or both

For trade is on by default. If you also or only put it up for sale, you set a price. If it is only for sale, you get no trade proposals for it.

  5. 05

    Put it online

Your listing is visible right away. Collectors with the card on their want list get a notification.

  6. 06

    Manage your listing

Until the card is sold or traded, you can change the price or withdraw the listing.

Getting paid

The money of a sale goes through the payment provider. It holds the money until the buyer has the cards. You get your full asking price; the buyer pays for buyer protection.

  1. 01

    Get verified

To sell, you verify yourself once with the payment provider, under Settings, Selling. Trading works without verification.

  2. 02

    Set how you ship

With a label through Trademon the buyer pays for the label and you print it. For each listing you choose at "Fits in" the smallest kind of shipping it fits in; at "Make label" you can still choose a larger kind, and the difference comes off what you get. If the parcel still does not fit in that kind, you pay the surcharge of the carrier; after 3 surcharges you can no longer use labels through Trademon. If you ship on your own, you choose shipping costs on top or included in the price.

  3. 03

    The buyer pays

The buyer pays through the payment provider. The money is then held and you see the order in your account.

  4. 04

    Ship the cards

With a label you make it with one button and hand in the parcel at a drop-off point of the carrier (PostNL, or DPD from Belgium); the order goes to Shipped by itself. If you ship on your own, fill in the track & trace. For a pickup you set the appointment in the order.

  5. 05

The money goes to your balance

When the buyer chooses "All good", your asking price (and your shipping costs if you ship on your own) goes to your balance. Without an answer it happens by itself: 7 days after delivery with a label, 14 days after Shipped if you ship on your own, 2 days after the appointment for a pickup.

  6. 06

    To your bank

Every week we transfer your balance if it is € 25 or more; smaller amounts after about 3 months at the latest. If you want it sooner, choose "Pay out now": the first time in a month costs € 2.
